How quickly can we help?
We aim to provide our assistance as soon as you and your family have met with us and are happy for us to support you.
Is there a current waiting list?
At present there is no waiting list, however, no service will be provided until both you and your family are completely satisfied.
What happens if my needs change?
Continued regular communication allows our services to be flexible and meet your individual needs at all times.
What areas do you cover?
We currently cover Bolsover, Palterton, Scarcliffe, Shirebrook, Staveley and Chesterfield. We will always consider providing our services outside these regions, please feel free to ask.
Can I change my mind?
Of course you can, within the first two weeks, if you decide you no longer require our services, you can contact us and we will stop the service with immediate effect and with no further cost to yourself.
